amazing stay in the lodge
cosy bar excellent service
the standard double room was lovely. i enjoyed drinks in the cosy bar. service with our meal was excellent!!!
the gym had limited space for stretching. jacuzzi and pool had a gritty feel underfoot. the payment left me a little deflated.

the staff at breakfast impressed me. they constantly refilled the buffet, and the service was excellent. i enjoyed drinks in the courtyard (the bar staff were very friendly). our standard double room was light, airy, and clean.
the bathroom slide door was sometimes difficult to operate.

The staff was friendly and helpful, i enjoyed the included spa facilities. the location was also a plus, close to attractions. the room was clean and spacious for two people. I found that very convenient.
the coffee machine at breakfast was broken, making it slow to get coffee.

The staff was very friendly and kind. I felt not forgotten even with a wedding at the venue. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The pool was nice and warm, also easy to use.
Our room did not have window handles. Handles were broken and left on the floor. I couldn't shut window and block the noise because of this broken handle.
